CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. Any No-Shows or Cancellations made less than 24hrs will result in a 20% cancellation fee. This policy helps us respect our clients’ time as well as our providers’ schedules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
